About the event
Pleased to participate in the Third High‑Level Conference of Customs Directors General of the Western Balkans and EU Member States, held in Athens. The event brought together customs authorities, EU institutions, regional organisations, and the business community to discuss the future of regional economic integration.
Organised by the CEFTA Secretariat, in cooperation with AADE – IAPR and the Transport Community Secretariat, the conference provided a valuable platform for advancing practical solutions that facilitate trade, strengthen connectivity, and support gradual alignment with the EU Single Market.
The discussions underscored the importance of continued cooperation, digital transformation, and joint efforts between administrations and the private sector to build a more connected, efficient, and resilient regional market.
